Greetings, Earthlings

I proudly claim this piece of the internet as a place for me to indulge in my love of sci-fi. I love writing, and I love having Star Trek or Doctor Who on in the background while I’m writing, even though they are wonderfully distracting.  So I figured, sci-fi blog = two birds with one stone. What I love about sci-fi is that it is a genre that still promotes morals. It requires history and philosophy and science. It draws you in with faster-than-light spaceships and lasers, but then it unloads deep questions about humanity and existence. It makes you think under the guise of entertainment. I’m still working out the kinks for how I want this place to look and exactly what topics I want to cover, so stay tuned!
